    ĐÁP ÁN:

Five years ago, when I was 35 years old, I was diagnosed with diabetes. At first, I was completely shocked and thought it was the end of my life. However, I love sport and did not want to give it up because of illness.

I  made my first attempt to engage in sporting activities four years ago with the support of my family.

I  did the Black Mountain hike with my friends, but I had to check my blood glucose levels every four hours. The following year, I took part in the Melbourne Sunset Run to raise funds for an orphanage.

My dream is to climb Mt Everest next year, so I made a fitness plan. I have to run twenty kilometres along the beach every day to keep fit and healthy. I hope to have enough strength and energy to realise my dream.

I've told my own story hoping to encourage other people like me to try something challenging. Don't allow illness to get in your way to success. You should live your life to the fullest, no matter what challenges you face. This is my motto.
